MariEnergies actively supports the social and economic development of communities in its operational areas. In 2025, we spent PKR 2.3 billion to uplift the living condition of people and PKR 13 billion on various CSR activites.
Key initiatives include: Scholarships and educational support, free healthcare services through mobile medical units and clinics, infrastructure projects such as water supply systems, sanitation, and road improvement, skill development and vocational training programs to create employment opportunities.
We have evolved from ad hoc philanthropy to a structured CSR framework aligned with ISO 26000, the UN SDGs, UNGC and Ipieca principles, earning an “Advanced Level” rating under ISO 26000:2010. Our seven thematic pillars; education, healthcare, clean water, livelihoods, food security, gender inclusion and environmental sustainability, deliver high-impact programs such as Roshan Mustaqbil, Kissan Dost, and Mobile Dastarkhwan.
In 2025, these initiatives improved water access for over 100,000 people, achieved a 75% job placement rate for vocational graduates, and treated more than 13,000 patients through mobile health units.

Vendors and contractors are required to adhere to health, safety, environmental, and human rights standards, ensuring alignment with MariEnergies’ ESG commitments.
