    An effective Whistleblowing Policy is in place to provide a platform to all stakeholders of the Company to voice their concerns where they genuinely believe that the Company’s business is not being carried out appropriately or any suspicious or undesired activity is being carried out in violation of the applicable laws or Code of Conduct of the Company or which may harm the business or goodwill of the Company or the society at large.
